Senior Policy Communications Associate - (New Haven, CT)

The Senior Policy Communications Associate will play a key role in helping to translate IPA's research into action. S/he will create engaging and accessible content aimed at policymakers, practitioners, and other key audiences. This versatile individual must not only possess exceptional skills in writing, copy-editing, and desktop publishing, but also have a strong grasp of international development topics, as well as RCTs. As a member of IPA's Communications Team, s/he will work closely with implementing partners, some of the country's top academics, and field country staff in Africa, Asia, and Latin America to produce accurate and highly readable content for an external audience. Success in this role will require a high-level of creativity and the expertise to work collaboratively.
