General office duties, answer phones, scanning, incoming/outgoing mail. Interface directly with tenants and vendors on a daily basis. Coordinate maintenance/repairs with tenants and vendors. Prepare and distribute correspondence. Prepare and maintain tenant/lease files in a paperless file system. Maintain vendor files in a paperless file system. Maintain tenant and vendor insurance certificates. Maintain maintenance logs and emergency info sheets. Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts.
