Warehouse Supervisor - (Dublin, VA)

Responsible for the entire logistics process in the assigned plant, including the assurance of perfect inventory accuracy and excellent performance with partners of the company Job responsibilities: Maintain ADP for direct reports. Counsel employees on attendance and work performance. Conduct annual performance reviews and appraisals. Supervise and assign work tasks to team. Will support Shipping & Receiving supervisor as needed. Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices or orders in order to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. Assure accuracy of inventory in the warehouse utilizing BAAN system. Report discrepancies between announcements and receipts in the warehouse. Identify the best way of material movement in/out warehouse while maintaining the facility and equipment. Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading and shipping orders to route materials.
