Lawn Maintenance Account Manager - (Barberton, OH)

Vizmeg Landscape, located in Stow, OH has been serving customers of the greater Akron area for over 25yrs. We provide services from commercial landscape, and residential design/build to complete grounds maintenance. We are seeking to hire an energetic individual as a Lawn Maintenance Account Manager. This position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial landscape maintenance accounts. The ideal candidate must have: Associates Degree in Horticulture or Agriculture is a MUST Preferred Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) and Pesticide License Expertise to manage twelve lawn maintenance 2-3 person crews, making recommendations for hires, promotions and pay increases, while maintaining budget Knowledge of landscape processes, equipment and safety guidelines Expertise to quote jobs based on work, availability and skills Expertise to sell services Expertise to ensure customer satisfaction utilizing site visits, addressing concerns and communicating effectively
