My client seeks a Manager to take on the following tasks: Direct group of research associates conducting behavioral testing Manage daily operations including preparing run sheets, maintaining scheduling, testing, data handling and presentation, and creating reports Review, comprehend, and comply with all SOPs and IACUC, safety and quality assurance standards related to assigned work area at all timesThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: BS/MS degree in pharmacology, neuroscience or psychology 3+ years of background in supervising direct reports Strong data handling and technical skills Knowledge of Matlab and SQL preferred Organizational, multi-tasking, trouble shooting and deductive reasoning skills Expertise to work adjustable hours
