Quality Assurance Manager - (Gatlinburg, TN)

Manages, plans and organizes and heads the quality assurance and control program designed to ensure product quality is consistent with established standards and goals. Ensure a high-level of internal and external customer service relating to product quality. Investigate and correct issues and complaints relating to production and quality Ensure systems are in place to support manufacture of high-quality products Engage in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and integrity Ensure all state and federal environmental health and food ordinances and regulations are being met. Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standard and establish quality and reliability expectations of finished products. Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other pant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
