TITLE: Quality Manager – Multi PlantLOCATION: near Dayton, OH COMPENSATION: salary to $128k, bonus, excellent benefit and relocation packageJOB SUMMARY:The position is a Multi site role in a dynamic manufacturing environment where lean (change) is being driven. The position is a very visible role where the right applicant would have advancement opportunities including a Lean Director or Director of Manufacturing Engineering. Division level responsibilities:-Maintain compliance to Industrial organizations including ISO, UL, EIA TIA, SCTE, NFPA-Provide subject matter ability in areas of Quality metrics (SPC, Variation Reduction, etc.) to several plants, domestic and international-Work with each plant's quality management with goal toward the refinement and implementation of the Plant Quality Improvement Programs-Technical lead on VRK and SPC tools, implementation and sustainment- Develop Site QA managers and direct reports; Directly supervise two peopleREQUIREMENTS:-Bachelor's Degree
