Office Manager - (Cypress, CA)

JOB SUMMARY The WCCT Global Office Manager is responsible for coordinating and directing the non-clinical operations of the agency and ensuring that all duties are performed in a timely manner. The Office Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all administrative support to all departments and data entry functions are operating effectively and efficiently. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Advanced knowledge with all aspects of data entry in operating systems as applicable, and Mircosoft Office Suite including but not limited to Ms excel, Word, and Outlook. Responsible for knowledge of all facility day to day activities such as meetings, check-ins, appointments, etc. Able to assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial tasks among office staff, and co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure max efficiency. Responsible for the ordering of office supplies, snacks, subject meals, meeting meals and other items as needed, within budgeted guidelines.
