Job Overview: The media coordinator works as part of a team in assisting with the negotiation, placement and maintenance of Spot Tv and Radio schedules. Duties include assisting in negotiation, minimizing backlog, providing administrative support, and completing assigned tasks to assist the Media Buyer. Our media coordinator is also expected to assist with tasks that are not directly related to their normal responsibilities, but is essential to the Department. Job overview: Business assignments include but not limited to: Check contracts against buy sheet and handle any discrepancies with station reps Obtain and review all make-good offers and assist in negotiating acceptable make-goods Review and resolve billing discrepancies Handle monthly reporting and billing by matching invoices to media buys and approve for payment Liaise between the media team and billing department to ensure financials are in order Set up and maintain weekly tracking reports Work with networks to ensure quarterly/annual
