Maintenance Manager - (Kings Mountain, NC)

Overview:Manages facility maintenance and engineering needs for the Kings Mountain area distribution centers by providing leadership and support that will enable the maintenance supervisors, maintenance staff and all Kings Mountain employees to maximize their results and effectiveness.Responsibilities: Perform a leadership role in the facility's safety program Establish and monitor preventive maintenance program for the facility equipment including conveyor and sorter equipment. Respond to breakdowns by determining problem and action plan for immediate repair. Assist in or oversee the engineering, construction, and installation of any equipment of major capital and maintenance. Oversee and ensure maintenance shops capability of making mechanical, plumbing and electrical repairs to manufacturing and distribution equipment including conveyor and sorter equipment. Maintain local vendor support for essential functions (i.e. HVAC, air compressor systems, lift maintenance, etc.).
