The Supervisor leads a group of associates by supporting each individual achieve their personal goals alongside company performance metrics. Applicants must be self motivated and understand the value of motivating others.Compensation : $33K - $35KResponsibilities include : Aid in the creation of daily/quarterly/yearly department incentive/reward programs and ensure their implementation Communication of key agent and team issues with all members of the Call Center management team and active participation in department meetings Be able to effect Call Center metrics, as provided by management, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Other reasonable business requests as necessary made by any member of management Lead, develop and motivate a team of sales employees
