SUMMARY Lead the Nature’s Way Customer Service teams which consist of Consumer Division Customer Service, Sales Operations, Consumer Contact and SAP Technical Management. Develop and implement Best Practices that increase revenue, reduce costs, improve quality, reduce cycle time, reduce error, and eliminate waste and wasteful activities. Perfect Order Fulfillment is the goal. Elevate the High Performance culture within Customer Service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ø Provide leadership to each Associate within the Contact Center including Performance Appraisal, Improvement Plans, Rating/Ranking matrices and career development plans. Ø Design and maintain the “Customer background” within Nature’s Way to ensure enhanced levels of Customer satisfaction and loyalty.
