The Opportunity The Overnight Shift Supervisor at The Pembroke Travel Plaza is responsible for overseeing the overnight crew within the NYS Thruway Travel Plaza in accordance with franchise standards, the Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards, and applicable unit Operational standards. Must ensure effective operation of unit at all times, ensure positive customer relations, handle disciplinary matters as needed. Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed, waste sheets are used, and assign downtime tasks to staff.
