Compensation Analyst-HR Generalist - January 23, 2017 Compensation range $39,520 - $61,256 Position details Assist Compensation Manager in entering and cross-checking bi-weekly payroll entries, position management tasks, updating database and reports, market pricing, and internal equity analyses. Assist Compensation Manager in planning and implementing the Citys performance management system and conducting job evaluations and maintaining related data base. Assist with annual employee performance evaluation process to include creation of packets/materials, submitting performance review reminders, setting up/maintaining database, collecting and tracking forms, entering data into computer and/or spreadsheets. Responsible for updating and maintaining City job descriptions. Maintain and follow rotation schedule to ensure that all job descriptions are reviewed on a routine basis. Prepare necessary materials to participate in and assist with coordinating compensation committee meetings, as requested.
