Job DescriptionOur Portland office is looking to hire a full-time Business Immigration Paralegal to join our team of professionals! This individual will be responsible for preparing and filing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, applications for labor certification, immigrant worker petitions, and adjustment of status applications. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3-five years of relevant background in the following areas:researching and preparing broad spectrum of IV and NIV case categoriesissue-spotting and presenting potential benefits and disadvantages of various optionsapplying knowledge of immigration law to help implement immigration strategy and recommend alternative strategieswriting persuasive 1st drafts of individualized documents in support of NIV and IV petitions, responding to RFEs
