Overview The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the effective execution of tactics utilizing specialized channel ability in 1 or more customer engagement channels. The Implementation Specialist translates tactic requirements into high-quality outputs working with Teva's channel execution service providers or internal ability. Responsibilities Documents detailed channel requirements for implementation Supports the Channel Lead with the development and deployment of standards and templates Works with Integrated Project Manager to validate timeline feasibility Reviews build kit materials and confirms alignment with channel-specific standard templates and provides options to address any gaps Monitors service provider's progress during content production to ensure alignment with project plan timelines Resolves or escalates issues to Integrated Project Manager(s) or Channel Lead Conducts QA, proof reading
