HI Quality Control/Index Tech- Health Information - Full-time - Varied - (San Diego, CA)

Responsible for identifying the comprehensive legal patient medical record in paper and electronic systems in Health Info. Duties include assuring all patient records and loose documents are scanned and indexed into the EPF with the highest level of quality possible. Responsible for full range of tasks performed in health info department with regard to health details management and maintenance. Provides customer service support of the health info department and any other duties assigned.
