Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years of background in financial aid management in a higher education environment, including supervision of staff and responsibility for financial aid management.Position details:Provide organizational and supervisory skills in the effective management of the daily operations in the Financial Aid department and customer service area of Enrollment Services.Compensation range$57,040 - $71,300 annually, commensurate with background.This position is in the pay band code: CS22.Specific Job Related DutiesWork with Assistant VP of Student Services and Director of Financial Aid to ensure all federal, state and institutional regulations regarding financial aid are in place and being followed.Act as liaison in the financial aid process for all 4 schools; following federal and state guidelines and the UTMB Financial Aid philosophy.Provide direction and leadership for 3 Enrollment Services Specialists.
