Social Media Coordinator - (Calabasas, CA)
This position is responsible for moderating the company's branded social media platforms. This includes monitoring the pages for activity and posting responses, ensuring a consistent voice is utilized and approved company plans/procedures are followed. It may also entail working with other functional areas to determine answers to questions, etc. and requires basic measurement and reporting on that activity.This role is an instrumental part of our overall customer retention and brand protection strategies. Min 3yrs of background working in social media for a brand or agency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor activity on the company's branded social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.). Uses appropriate judgement to respond to all forms of social media conversation in a timely, informative and appropriate way using correct "voice" that makes each customer feel valued and acknowledged.
