Service Planner - (Westlake, OH)

The Service Planner will report to the Technical Service Manager and collaborate together with Struers staff and customers to schedule and plan service work orders. Struers has affiliates in 22 countries and sells materials testing equipment and consumables to manufacturers of automotive, aerospace, electronics, materials manufacturing and a wide variety of other industries which must measure and control the quality of the solid materials used in production. Our customers rely on our products for Materialographic Sample Preparation, Hardness Testing, Microscopy and Image Analysis & Archiving.The perfect applicant possesses superior customer service skills and comes with 2-5yrs background of service scheduling. Background with an ERP scheduling system is a plus.
