GPM Investments, LLC Position details Position: Regional Trainer Department: Human Resources FLSA Status: Exempt JOB SUMMARY The Regional Trainer is responsible for the implementation and follow-up of all training programs, courses, and curriculums that will develop and improve the quality of training within assigned region(s). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Work with Store Managers to identify coaching and training opportunities. ? Identify and work with Store Managers to make them effective trainers when training staff and Store Management. ? Monitor LMS training compliance to ensure it meets established company goals. ? Ensure New Employee Training is completed and that it includes computer based training and on the job training. ? Review CBT and OJT documents regarding Store Management trainees for promotion. ? Assist in creating /developing training plans for store personnel based on assessment needs. ? Present various training presentations at regional/district meetings.
