Part-Time Individual Support Providers Needed in New Haven - (New Haven, CT)

Non-profit agency is seeking qualified candidates for the NEW HAVEN, CT area. Successful applicants will support consumers in the implementation of their programs including behavioral plans through direct service, monitoring of performance, and policy protocols. They will exercise discretion as well as independent judgment in a specifically assigned area and provide the necessary follow up and feedback to assist in achieving outcomes.
