HVAC/ Boiler/ Piping Technician - (Kennett Square, PA)

Longwood Gardens has an opening for a full-time heating and cooling technician in the Facilities Management department. This individual will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and servicing all heating systems, ventilation, air conditioned and refrigeration systems. Expertise to maintain and repair various piping systems and materials is required. Must possess or be willing to obtain a Universal CFC Recovery Certification License. Significant background with boilers and steam and condensate systems is required. Electrical and control knowledge is a plus. In addition to maintenance responsibilities this individual will provide support for various events and displays. Some overtime and off hours work including weekends and holidays will be required.
