Research Analyst - (Sylvania, OH)

The overall purpose of the Research Specialist is to assist the Senior Research Analyst with creating, designing, and executing market research and development projects to facilitate Credit Union strategic planning and decision-making. This position will assist with updating, maintaining and reporting data from the Raddon MCIF system. Reporting will include; 1) creating targeted lists for marketing campaigns, 2)analyzing marketing campaign results to determine ROI , 3) trending of CU product and service data for monthly scorecard and board reports. In addition this position will assist with other market research initiatives such as the monthly transaction surveys, new product, and competitor research.
