Kalmar Solutions, LLC, the leading global supplier of container & load handling equipment and services, is seeking a System Development Engineer, Mechanical Job Function: Based in Ottawa, Kansas USA, this position will be responsible to perform system development design tasks related to New Product Development (NPD) and Advanced Engineering (AE) projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and documentation of components and systems Ensure that designs and documentation meet specified technical customer demands, product safety, legislative requirements and internal demands Provide support and/or solutions for service, production and supplier issues Coordinate build and testing of prototype components Fosters an environment that welcomes and encourages new and innovative design concepts, inventions, patents and product opportunities for improvement giving Kalmar Solutions a competitive edge over industry competitors.
