Shift Coordinator - (Stanford, KY)

As an integral part of the Human Resources team, the Shift Coordinator will provide guidance to the assigned shift while implementing shift plans in areas of Human Resources, Manufacturing, and Quality. While under the direct leadership of the Human Resources Manager, the Shift Coordinator will ensure a culture of accountability while monitoring performance, attendance, and communication initiatives.
