4 Remodel Team Members NEEDED (Seasonal(90 Days)Full Time 8AM-4PMish) - (West Jordan, UT)

Maintains the interior of the building, performing flooring, plumbing, painting, patching, and miscellaneous repairs. Maintains the exterior of the building, performing lawn care, sidewalk maintenance, parking lot maintenance, painting, power washing, and parking lot re-striping. Maintains lighting and plumbing equipment, performing light bulb changes, sink repairs, and faucet repairs. Maintains store shopping carts. Completes work orders in the SMART web-based system to account for time performing maintenance and repair work. Interacts with Housekeeping Vendor Site Managers and Area Managers to monitor adherence to housekeeping standards and specifications. Performs repairs as necessary to address customer focus point issues identified by store management. Reviews operational integrity of housekeeping equipment.
