AVP, Consumer Bank Digital Marketing (L10) - (Stamford, CT)

Position overview: Role Summary/Purpose: Synchrony's Direct Bank was acquired in 2013 with $6B in deposits and less than 100,000 customers; today it $37B in deposits and +500,000 accounts. At the same time servicing and account opening has shifted to over 50% on-line vs. call center - driving the need to continue to improve and enhance our on-line platform. This role reports to the VP, Consumer Digital Leader and is responsible to lead the implementation of new features and enhancements on the Consumer Bank Servicing & Account Opening platforms. The perfect applicant will have a strong project managerial background working with cross functional teams, specifically IT and Operations. This individual will have direct responsibility for completing business requirements, design, build, test, UAT and launch efforts for the Servicing & Account Opening web applications for the Consumer Bank.
