Nurse Manager of Assisted Living - rtWatertown, New York 13601Salary $80k to $90kThis position will serve as Co-Manager sharing clinical leadership responsibilities with the current Assisted Living Nurse Manger. Co-Assignments include providing guidance and leadership to the staff comprised of LPNs and Home Health Aides; serving as a resource and educator for staff and residents; assisting LPNs with coordination of care and services for residents; collaborating with team on quality improvement initiatives and processes. Requirement: Graduate from an accredited institution of nursing.Necessary experience, Knowledge and Skills:1. Min 1 year acute care clinical background and 1yr clinical background in longterm care preferred.2. Coursework in nursingmanagement preferred.3.
