insurance Business Systems Analyst - (Boston, MA)

Our client wants someone to work as a liaison with IT to elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and document qualifications for changes to business processes, policies and details systems. Must able to efficiently reach an understanding of complex tasks while using this understanding to produce project artifacts that satisfy project objectives. Define, prioritize, communicate, and foster shared understanding of project objectives and scope. Perform and communicate results of stakeholder analysis to IT and IT analysis back to stakeholders. Plan and adapt approach to business analysis activities and artifacts. Collaborate with IT to develop, prioritize, validate, and document testable, developer-ready business qualifications. Lead the business interaction with IT to identify, evaluate, and manage changes to project scope and qualifications. Familiarity with the Software engineering Lifecycle (SDLC) and background in an approach such as waterfall, Agile, or Scrum.
