Mount Nittany Health Mount Nittany Health, State College, PA, is seeking anExperienced Section Head-Microbiology Under the direction of Administrative Director and laboratory supervisors is directly responsible for the prompt, efficient and accurate performance of a variety of microbiology, mycology, virology parasitology and mycobacteriology procedures using both automated and manual methods on blood and other body fluids. Responsible for overseeing the coordination, direction and performance of staff assigned to and work performed in microbiology. Qualifications are: --- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and background.--- 1 Yr recent full time Clinical Microbiology background in a hospital as a Microbiology Section head or assistant Section head.--- Will also consider the following similarly certified personnel with recent full time hospital laboratory employment: MT (ASCP) MT (M) with 2 yrs' background.
