Qualifications: Bachelors Degree a plus and a min of 7-ten years progressive background in Quality. Background with automotive(TS16949) and high volume machining needed. Needs outstanding written and spoken communication expertise. Responsibilities: 2 plant responsibility with some 430 people. Will oversee a department of 20/22 people in quality. Lead APQP activities Develops customer and final inspection based metrics. Monitors and measures the quality team performance to insure continuous improvement through commonly accepted metrics Assist with program launches. Develop training for team.
