IT Business Development Writer II - (Clayton, MO)

Position Purpose: Write, edit, and review responses to complex RFPs and RFIs as it relates to Details Technology and Operations across multiple product lines Analyze and interpret complex government qualifications and write compelling responses within aggressive deadlines Research and monitor current market environment including industry trends, competitor landscape, provider, and legal developments in related industries Assess implications to Centene’s Details Technology and Operations departments, conduct market and competitive analysis, and make recommendations to drive innovation and strategy related to technology in RFP responses Lead discussions with IT and business partners to clarify RFP related program objectives, develop response narratives and identify opportunities to bring new technology solutions to market Collaborate with technical SMEs to understand system capabilities and product offerings. Translate offerings into language easily understood by customers
