Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Service Manager - Multiple Positions - (Roanoke, VA)

Mechanical Project Manager-- IES Holdings, Inc. in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager. The successful applicant in this role will plan, organize and staff key field positions through regional department heads or subordinate project/construction managers. They will also establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy, as well as initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients and A/E contracts to facilitate construction activities. The Mechanical Project Manager monitors and controls construction through administrative direction of on-site field leadership and staff to ensure a project is completed on schedule and within budget.
