Corporate Trainer - (Cape Girardeau, MO)

Bilfinger Industrial Services, a leading ‘one stop shop’ provider of complex industrial services in the construction and engineering environment, is seeking a Corporate Trainer for a client’s Product Life-cycle Management (PLM) system. You will provide complete and engaging training for a global audience with the goal of promoting efficient and consistent work processes. Responsibilities & Duties: Managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting effective PLM training. Manage training requests and training schedule. Provide both classroom and virtual training. Develop new, as well as, maintain existing training material. Participate as an active member of the Training Team to ensure that all training needs and qualifications are met. (Attend weekly Training Team meetings). Keep attendance and training records. Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement. Provide a weekly status report Critical skills: Proven work experience as an engaging trainer.
