EHR Trainer - (Indianapolis, IN)

The EHR Trainer supports electronic medical records systems by performing the following duties. Assists with support of the electronic medical record system, and other related software applications. Work with Clinical IT staff to identify and develop the training and continuing-ed needs of all AHN staff relative to the use of the electronic medical records system and other associated applications. Understands templates, and documents, and other set up functionality which affect users of clinical applications. Performs quality assurance testing of systems to ensure client satisfaction. Maintains current info and documentation regarding software changes and enhancements to ensure continued provision of the highest level of service to our members. Provides other administrative support as requested. Communicates issues, resolutions and best practices to teammates, administration, and end users. Maintains project status updates, and communicate updates to project management.
