Production Manager - (Superior, WI)

Lake Assault Boats in Superior Wisconsin is an industry innovator in design and construction of Tactical Fire -Rescue boats in the 19'-40' range, and is seeking a qualified Production Manager Production Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership within our manufacturing facility. Background in aluminum boat construction, and or design strongly preferred. Salary will be commensurate with requirements of candidate. Principal Responsibilities: Directly supervise and direct all aspect of boat construction. Responsible for all project reporting, tracking and scheduling. Establish and enforce product quality standards. Coordinate employee safety training and implementation with corporate safety manager. Responsible for maintaining adequate labor force to meet production schedule. Overall responsibility for maintaining adequate inventory and part supply to meet production schedule. Support sales by providing estimates as needed for bids and contracts. Conducts final quality assurance check and signoffs.
