Production Supervisor - (Greencastle, PA)

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Pete and Gerry's Organic Eggs is seeking self-motivated, energetic and spirited individual to join our growing team. The Production Supervisor will play a vital role in the day-to-day production activities as they relate to the production line, machine operators, and loading area. This is a hands-on working Supervisor who will actively support the Plant Manager. Key responsibilities Manage production schedule; maintaining a smooth flow on production floor. New Employee orientation, development and training. Promote and develop employee relations and communications on production line. Ensure employee safety and welfare. Liaison between Maintenance Department, Quality Assurance and Operations, informing them of any difficulties in production or quality problems. Must adhere to all company, State and OSHA safety; maintain GMP's and HACCP and be organized. Bachelor' degree in Engineering, Management or Vocational or Technical Degree or Certificate preferred.
