Shift Supervisor The Shift Supervisor (Pulp Mill & Power) is responsible for managing the daily activities of the on-shift crew in the primary manufacturing areas. This is a key who will supervise the process and personnel of the Pulp Mill, Steam and Power Plant, Waste Water Treatment, and Fiber Handling areas on a +12-hour, 3 on 3 off, rotating day and night shift basis.
