Lease Administrator - (Blacksburg, VA)

The Virginia Tech Foundation is seeking a Lease Administrator with experience in real estate and lease administration, preferably in a commercial real estate environment. Responsible for posting rents, reconciling accounts and other accounting functions associated with the Foundation's real estate portfolio. Responsible for maintaining the Foundation's real estate database and ensuring that all details is current and accurate. Maintain and organize all real estate files. Track, maintain, and communicate all critical dates relating to leases to include expirations, option exercise dates, rental changes, and other critical details to the Real Estate Manager. Coordinate the processing of any one-time or manual tenant fees in AMTdirect. Prepare reports as necessary detailing the status of the Foundation's real estate portfolio. Assist with due diligence and coordinating closings. Perform research as necessary to determine market rents, market value or to identify vendors, listing agents, brokerage services, etc.
