Property Manager - (Tappahannock, VA)

PROPERTY MANAGER - Regional management company seeks a responsible individual or individuals to manage Tappahannock Greens Apartments, a 40-unit multi-family apartment community in Tappahannock, Virginia AND/OR Warsaw Manor, a 56-unit multi-family apartment community in Warsaw, Virginia. The special applicant(s) must have strong administrative, organizational and time organizational skills. In addition, they should have experience in managing Tax Credit and RD 515 projects. Experience with Realpage OneSite software is a plus. The position is part time, 16-20 hours a week at Tappahannock Greens, AND/OR 20-24 hours a week at Warsaw Manor, with a flexible work schedule, and offers a benefits package including health insurance.
