Part TIme (20Hr) Teller - (Fredericksburg, VA)

This is a twenty hour PART-TIME position. This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, flex credit and wellness benefits! This position is responsible for providing superior customer service while processing transactions and answering questions from existing and prospective customers, as well as identifying qualified referrals to other lines of business. Position Accountabilities •Perform the following paying and receiving functions: receive checks and cash for deposits, verify the amounts of deposits, examine checks for proper endorsements, cash checks and pay out money according to the Banks cash handling policies and procedures, enter customers transactions into the computer system to record transactions, issue computer generated receipts, and accept and process loan payments. •Place hold on deposits as necessary. •Identify red flags to detect fraud and prevent losses to the Bank. •Balance cash each day according to established schedule and performance standards.
