Operations Financial Analyst - (Richland Center, WI)

In this role you will ensure timely and accurate completion of plant finance duties for the production facility. You will also accurately report company-wide plant details for various metrics in a timely manner. This position will also be responsible for the completion of audit details to ensure plant financial results are accurate. Duties of the role include: Assist in maintaining accurate product costs in accordance with company costing policies. This includes providing costs and analyses for new products. Auditing and maintaining accurate costs within the cost system, and assisting in providing appropriate cost and variance forecasts. Product costs are used to value the finished goods inventory and aid in determining product pricing. Process owner of the Operations reporting processes, including working with production partners to insure the integrity of operations data, complaints and service reporting.
