Driver Supervisor/Load Planner Position details: Logistics Company is seeking An Experienced Driver Supervisor/Load Planner For After Hours Shift / Weekends for our facility located in Olive Branch, MS. Min 5 yrs applicable background. Primary role is to supervise drivers to ensure max equipment utilization and on-time pick-up and delivery of both broker and customer freight. Successful applicants must have demonstrated success performing the following essential duties: Dispatch operations and load planning Scheduling and managing a fleet for an asset-based carrier Maintaining acceptable levels of utilization, deadhead miles, and RPM (Revenue per Mile), on all dispatched loads Communicating dispatch info to drivers and establishing/maintaining solid relationships Background in the use of internet based systems such as DAT 360
