Job Code: TSGW4911 Position title: PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION Job type: Construction Compensation range: $65,000 to $90,000 Salary Location: Wichita, KS Local Location: Education Qualifications: High-school or Certification Position summary: Closely monitor projects daily activities, field personnel and subcontractors performance. Assist production meeting by prearranged daily activities according to overall construction schedule. Communicate, coordinate and assist all subcontractors and Evans field personnel on all jobsites to ensure safety, quality and productivity. Also monitor performance to control budget and meet the completion dates per construction schedule. Be familiar with safety rules and be able to conduct random safety field inspection. Make sure all field employees and subcontractors comply with safety rules and OSHA regulations. Be very familiar with project contract specifications and plans; also to be able to revise, negotiate, and finalize proposals and contracts.
