Youth Educator - (Belfast, ME)

New Hope for Women seeks a full time Youth Educator for Waldo and Knox Counties. Duties include implementation of age-appropriate programs for area youth, training's for school staff and faculty on issues of domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking, assistance in staffing the hotline, and daily database maintenance. Requirements include excellent communication and presentation skills, group facilitation skills, computer literacy, a valid driver's license, and a dependable vehicle. Successful candidate must be passionate about working with youth, and must complete 40-hour crisis intervention training. Salary is $31,200 annually with generous benefits.
