Compliance and Training Manager - (Phoenix, AZ)

PLEASE NOTE: This is a VIRTUAL position and open to metro Chicago area, Phoenix, and Morristown, NJ locations. OVERVIEW The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring JLL complies with account and client policies and procedures while providing operational support to field teams. KEY FUNCTIONS Manage the flawless execution of the JLL's ESCP (Engineering Services Compliance Program) and the client contractual qualifications. Manage the creation and maintenance of documentation as it relates to compliance processes and organizational workflows Conduct site audits and compile gap analysis against Audit targets Develop follow up action plan for audited sites for progress improvement Conduct workshops and hold training sessions for field teams Success will be measured using metrics within annual business plan goals Manage the development of engineering policy, process and procedures
