IGT has over 12,000 employees. Overall Purpose and Objective: Provide paralegal support and assist attorneys in the preparation of documents and administrative duties. Responsibilities: Assist with legal research under the supervision of attorneys. Assist in responding to requests for production of documents subpoenas and due diligence activities. Draft and obtain disclosure materials. File Annual Reports for the company and its subsidiaries. Maintain corporate records.
