Responsible for ensuring customer and employee satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and addressing any questions or comments from the customer and employees. In addition, shift supervisor manages front of the house employees and delegates housekeeping responsibilities. Responsible for handling food according to Mecklenburg County Health Department Food and Beverage Guidelines and Standards for quality food-service operations.
