Production Supervisor, third Shift 56011 Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 Responsibilities:- Training, scheduling and developing third shift production employees; - Managing line equipment and raw materials; - Ensuring that all safety procedure training for lock-out/tag-out, emergency evacuation, PPE, Haz-Com, etc. has been completed for all production employees; - Resolving operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to improve efficiency and minimize costs; - Monitoring quality programs to maintain company, USDA, and food safety qualifications; - Inspecting machines and equipment; - Maintaining consistent communication and fostering teamwork between all personnel, departments and shifts. Education: 4-year degree preferred.
